I am searching for the grave of Susan Adeline KENT Christy Nelson. She was born 25 November, 1823 at Hubbardton Rutland Co., VT to Theodore and Lucy (ARNOLD) Kent. She married her first husband, George CHRISTY, circa 1845 in VT. Unfortunately, George died young, as did their only child, Henry I. Christy. Susan married 2. Asa Wheeler NELSON about 1853 in VT. They had two children, Laura Ida Nelson, who died young and Willard Edson Nelson (1858-1953). Both were born in VT.

According to information given to me by another researcher, Susan Nelson died 22 June, 1907 at Rapid River Twp., Kalkaska Co., MI at the age of 83. However, my informant does not have a burial place listed for her. Both of her husbands are buried in Hubbardton, Rutland Co.,VT. Her surviving son is buried in a Montcalm Co. cemetery.

Susan's youngest sister was Eudora Alice Kent (Nichols), my 3rd great grandmother.
