Rick died unexpectedly Monday morning, April 21, 2008. He was born June 12, 1953 in Kalamazoo to the son of the late Harry and Janice DeNeau. Rick attended Kalamazoo Central High school and then later KVCC. He was employed by Aero-Motive for eight years prior to moving to Georgia where he then was employed at Georgia Tool & Die Inc. for 23 plus years. Rick was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed playing guitar with his grandson, working in the yard and playing games. Mr. DeNeau dearly loved his family and will be missed by all. Survivors include his wife, Edie DeNeau of Social Circle, GA; daughters Ann (Andy) Giles of Social Cirlce, GA, Kimberly (Wayne) Green of Conyers, GA, and Melissa (David) Pierce of Mendon, MI; grandchildren Gary, A.J., Deanna, Cole, Sydnee, and Wyatt; sisters Bonnie (Jim) Parker of Portage, MI, Elaine Kob, and Charlene (Rick) Massey of Kalamazoo, MI; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Mr. DeNeau was held on April 24 at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan in Covington, GA.
