Died Thursday morning July 7, 2005 at his residence. Justin was born November 28, 1971 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a son of Ann (Thoroughman) Smith. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of his life. Justin was a very special young man who touched people in a very special way. He loved to paint, watch sports, enjoyed listening to music including B.B. King, and especially visiting his mom on the weekends. He is survived by his mother, Ann Smith of Galesburg; Special friends, Kim Standish and family and Teresa; aunt, Bettie Thoroughman and family; uncle, Ken Thoroughman and family; Jaci, Michael, and Patrick Dillion; and several other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Graveside services will be held 1 o'clock Tuesday in the Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery Chapel. Friends may meet the family from 12-1pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St .
