I have a John Power (or Powers) Dee who was naturalized September 17, 1867 in Houghton, Michigan Circuit Court. I believe he is the younger brother of my ancestor, Patrick Dee (m. to Hanora Powers). John Dee later fought in the Civil War. One records said he was a widower. He died in southern California. I am trying to find where in Ireland my ancestors lived. I always thought it was Waterford County. I do not know what village.
