Joseph Plautz married Agnes Stukel in 1902. Her mother Helen Gregorich died in 1896 when she was 12. Her birth date is about 1884. I have searched for information on this couple in Houghton and have not found anything. I know they got married at St. Joes and that Joseph's sister Anna married a Bohte and settled in Wisconsin. Joseph and Anna were born in Doblice 34, Slovenia. I know that Agnes immigrated about 1900 to America. Seems there were a number of Stukels in Houghton during this time. I wonder if anyone was related to Agnes and knows what happened to the couple. Agnes's twin daughter also immigrated to America. I don't know her Christian name. Would like to get in contact with any descendants. Thanks.
