DEATH OF PETER TROMBLEY
Resident of County More Than Half Century Is Called
Peter Trombley, 78 years of age, died Friday evening at the family residence in Lake Linden. Mr. Trombley was a native of Canada and came to the Copper Country when he was 16 years old, locating in Houghton. The deceased made his home in Lake Linden for the past 55 years.
The late Mr. Trombley is survived by four sons, Charles of Duluth, Henry, Peter and Joseph of Lake Linden, and three daughters: Mrs. Alvena Aubrey of Houghton, Mrs. Mary LePage of Lake Linden and Mrs. Pomela Slock of Houghton.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock from St. Joseph's church to Mount Calvary cemetery, the Rev. Fr. Raymond officiating.
