I purchased a packet of letters of the family of.... WILLIAM R. WRIGHT, born 1831 in Ireland, died 1919, Hillsdale Co,MI and his wife, MARTHA MATILDA "TILLIE" HOSMER, born 1841 in NY and died 1921, Hillsdale Co, MI. Included are letters from their son's and daughter's-in-law, and other family members and friends, dateing back to @ 1897.
Their son's were WINTHROP HOSMER WRIGHT(1870-1948) and his wife, SARAH EMMA ALLISON (1882-1973)and WILLIAM R. WRIGHT (1873-1943) and his wife, EDITH ALICE CRANE (1877-1940).
I did a little research on the family to see if they were mine, this made these letters came to life. I purchased them because I am a WRIGHT dec. but alas this is not my WRIGHT family.
I would love to place these in family hands if you pay the postage. I have placed them in plastic sleeves to protect each of them. I hate to see things like this go to the estate sales. I think I bought them in Centerville at a big Antique Sale, but not really sure. Contact me at budblossum@aol.com, and I will send them to you.
