My maternal g-grandfather was Franklin Keiser (deceased 1922, age 81), buried in Bliss Township Cemetery with his brother Jerome (deceased 1912, age 70). Both were Civil War veterans with the same Ohio unit. Franklin's son, Asa Keiser, born in Emmet County, married Orpha Overholt also of Emmet County.
