I was made aware of an obituary possibly for my gggrand uncle's wife, Laura Ann Hymnene the other day. She was married to William Letson (my relative) in 1861 when she was 16 and he was (apparently) 17. They had several children listed in the obituary: Elizabeth Strand, Edith Bonnell, Edward Letson all of Fife Lake Michigan and sons Oscar and George of Mulliken (Grand Traverse County) Michigan.

I would love to make contact with someone in this family to verify that William Letson was the brother of George W Ladson of Oakland County Michigan. I found them living in Waterford, Oakland County in the 1860 census but with Jane Ladson (transcribed Ladrow).
