I am trying to find info on A Walter Johns born in Iron Mountain, Michigan, Dickinson County. His parents were Anton Alexander Johns, Born 1 Jan 1887 in Austria, Szczecin Poland, and after coming to the States, settled and lived in in Kingsford Township, Iron Mountain Michigan, Dickinson County. He married Frances Katherine Valentine, Born 26 Aug 1894 in Pierz Minnesota, Morrison County, and died Oct 1970 in Kingsford Township Michigan, Dickinson County. They had at least 6 children, one of the being Walter.

Walter married [ Unknown ]. Have no idea when or where and when she was born. had children, Pete, Francine, Marylou and Walter Jr. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

When trying to look up the married ladies in the family, it is hard when you do not know the last name of the husband to whom they married. I have been trying the Family search on the Jesus Christ Church of Ladder day Saints, which has been of some help, and also Rootsweb.com on the SSDI, but a lot of times it is hard there also since it is also connected to Ancestry now and for some of the record you have to be a paid member, of which living on a month to month payment from SSI we can only afford so much, and why we need help, what we call our Genealogy angels here.
