I'm in search of info on the Family of WILLIAM GIRARD. WILLIAM was born 12-21-1892 in Marinette,Wi. He Married MARIE LEMERIE, She was born 1-3-1892. WILLIAM died on 8-28-1986 at his home in Gladstone,Delta Co.Mi. He left four grown children; Denise, Lyle,Ione and William Jr. William Jr. may have died in January of 1981. WILLIAM Sr. was a five time Champion log roller and was Nationally known,He was a member of the International Logrolling Association Hall of Fame in Hayward,Wi. and in March of 1975 William was inducted in to the Upper Peninsula Sports Hall of Fame in Marquette,Mi.William enterd into Logrolling in 1915 and retired as the undefeated world champion trick and fancy logroller in 1955.He learned this from his Brotherin- law Terrance Maudrie, and is related to the Maudrie's from Engadine and Naubinway area.

Does anyone have information on Charles Girard, MD? He was a physician and surgeon in Escanaba in the early 1900's.
