I don't think this Elmer is her husband. This is a tough one because I think we have two Elmers who lived in the same area and then moved to different places. To make matters more interesting, his mother has the same first name as one of his wifes. I don't think the one in MI is the one who married Sarah Elizabeth (Shaw) Elmer Evlyn Adams Birth 7 Mar 1878 in Peru, Bennington, Vermont Death 27 Jan 1959 in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA or Battle Creek I think he is the one who married Lavina May SHERWOOD Manchester, Bennington, Vermont, USA and Ida F BAKER. Do you come down from one of Elmer's children? The Elmer that is at the cemetery is listed on the census with the children that are listed at the cemetery, but I never see Sarah on the census with the one here in MI. I'll see if I can find anything over at the Willard Library website for Battle Creek, MI.
