I need proof that the Guy Laverne BRUCE who married Mildred Irene WELCH in Durand, Michigan in 1918, is the same Guy BRUCE who married Helen DOUGHERTY in Grand Haven, Michigan, in 1922 and lived in Frankfort in 1930 with Helen and their three daughters: Helen, Bonnie and Marilyn. Guy worked for the railroad, probably the Grand Trunk Western in Grand Haven and the Ann Arbor in Frankfort, both of which ran through the terminal in Durand. Family tradition says that Guy died when a well on which he was working collapsed on him. If that tradition is true, when did it occur? Helen died in 1972 in Frankfort. Where are they buried?
