Hi Norton. There are two Orin John McPhersons (Orrin, Oren, etc.) The one who married Ida Hadcock was the son of John Henry McPherson and Angie Evans. His only brother was Guy Leslie McPherson (1877-1961)--so he named a son Guy Leslie McPherson (1907-1988) too, just to confuse us.

Robert Burns McPherson (1882-1952) was the son of Peter McPherson (1848-1894) and Gertrude Jemima Lucia (1858-1943). Peter McPherson was John Henry McPherson's younger brother. Both of them were the sons of Lorenzo Dow McPherson by his first wife, Orpha Angle.
