With that clue as to the town of Eastport, MI. I found Sylvester P b. 1846 and d. 1904 in Lakeview Cemetery, Torch Lake, Antrim Co., MI. This cemetery was read by Bill Seidenstucker. He states that there was poor record keeping for this cemetery. With that said, I would beleive that his recordings are just from the headstones. Go to the Antrim County site: http://www.ole.net/~maggie/antrim/ and click on cemeteries and listings. There are two Lakeview cemeteries. I found Sylvester P in Torch Lake Twp. You will find other Browns in that cemetery. I am kinda thinking that Emmailine J Baldwin Brown might be his wife. Can't say for sure. I would check the census records to determine if that is true. You could put a request in for a heastone picture at find a grave .com for this cemetery. I didn't find a listing for any Browns.

I'll keep looking for the others....my primary research is for the Acme, Elk Rapids, and Whitewater townships (southern Antrim and northern Grand Traverse counties)
