My Great-grandparents were buried at Holy Cross Cemetary on Washington Ave in Alpena Michigan. I am told that there are gravemarkers or headstones or something that marks their graves.

Does anyone in the area know if there is someone to contact to find out exactly where the graves are located in the cemetary. I will be taking a 3 hour trip there in about 2 weeks but am hoping to see if someone local can help me out. Does the cemetary attach to a Churchyard where the priest may have some answers or do we have a phone number that i could contact the cemetary office itself if there is one. As far as i know, the cemetary may be sitting in an open field with now one to contact. OR maybe there is a book in the Genealogical Society that has the names I am looking for :GONSLER, Joseph and Elizabeth
