Looking for information on the parents of Richard Ervin Carter. All i know is his father was called Ervin and hismother was called Mildred, I believe. Richard Ervin Carter served in the navy. His wife Fern Carter lived in Michigan with her three children, Jeanine, Jeanette and Rick. Any information would be helpful.
