Recently I visited
Maple Grove Cemetery in Munising, Mi. to find a gravesite. I was successful in finding this grave, however, I noticed something that made me curious. While searching. I noticed that the plots were divided by grass - high cement boundaries and within the boundaries I found identical grave markers all for men with the date of death in the 1970's - upon further investigation I found another plot with identical markers of men dying in the 1960's. My relative, Joseph
Kincel, was among this group. This made me wonder why the markers were identical, all men, grouped together. My uncle was a woods-man for the
Kneeland Bigelow Company. Is there any connection between the employer and the men buried together. If you are able to send me any information concerning this I will be very grateful.
