I found it curious that I could not find a web page mentioning the author, Gary Gardner-Glynn, so that made me wonder whether he published just a "booklet" and not a full book. But, I did notice that the mentions of the book on-line have his name typed as above.

I searched on-line one more time for his name typed that way, and found out he has participated on the Message Boards at www.genforum.com
