I am looking for connections to my great-grandfather Joseph Medeiros Cabral who immigrated from Urzfino, Sao Jorge, Azores
b.20 Jul 1885, d. 1960-1 In Fall River, MA. Owned a dairy farm on Adamsville Rd, Westport, MA 1930's - 1960.

He was married to Agnes Mary Perry born in U.S. parents Frank A Perry Sr. (from Sao Miguel) and 'Mary' who also resided in Westport. I have located them on census records. They had a son and daughter Joseph Jr and Mary Agnes Cabral b. 19 Oct 1916, d. 18 Dec 2009.

Joseph Jr married Viola Miguel and had 2 daughters, Vivian and Margarite. Mary Agnes married Alfred Perry Sylvia (Sao Miguel)(Silva) and had my mother, Agnes Perry Sylvia, nicknamed 'Betty'. Would love to find people connected.

I know that the correct spelling and pronunciations for Perry is Perreira, and that Alfred Perry Sylvia corrected the spelling of his last name to Silva when he discovered his father's real birth name in the Azores was Amaral Perreira da Silva from Sao Miguel. The headstone in Dartmouth, MA says Manuel Perry Sylvia.
