FOLLMAR- Looking for information on Charles M. FOLLMAR (born December 1831 in Baden, Germany). He moved to Boston in the early 1850s where he married Sarah M. who was born in Massachusetts. They had children named Sarah E., Charles M., William F., Francis A., and Flora, among others. Charles M. FOLLMAR was both a blacksmith and a shoemaker in Boston. They moved to Providence, Rhode Island during the 1860s and Charles M. was still there in 1900. Several of his children died young including William F. who died in a Christmas tree fire in Providence in January 1899.nuary 1899.
