I am trying to find the parents of Sophronia Bennett, born about 1805, married in Middlefield, MA., 15 Dec. 1825, Nelson Spencer, who was b. 13 Dec. 1801 in Middlefield. He was the son of John and Sally (Root) Spencer. Sophronia was listed in the 1880 Census for Enfield, CT., living with her son John N. Spencer.
In addition I am trying to find the death date of Nelson Spencer.
