She is on the 1920 Census as last name Furfey with mother Mary - looking for the father.

Thank you for looking. I'm going to assume that it is Furfey - because Charlotte is on the 1920 Census with mother Mary. Now I have to try and find out who Patrick belongs too!

Never heard of 'operative' before.
And I just tried looking for Roxville, CT so that I could ask for a lookup of his birth - no Roxville.
Bizarre!

This term operative is used a lot for mill workers instead of operator. I will check it again and see if I can get a clearer name.The writing and spelling on some of the records are terrible.

Who ever wrote the record were terrible the y's are z's the K's are x's I could go on and on I think it is Roxbury Ct.
