I'm so hoping that someone in Hampden can assist me in finda a date of death for my ancestor John Dunbar. He was born on 5/12/1738 in Halifax, Plymouth Co., MA and his place of death is listed (by MANY descendants) as Palmer, Hampden, MA but with no date of death! One brave person guessed at an approximate year of 1815 in Ware . .??

John was married to Esther Boyden in either 1764 or 1765. There are two conflicting records . . .

I do know John's son, John Dunbar (1776-1858) and daughter-in-law, "Sally" Sarah Brackenridge Dunbar (1771-1851) are both buried in the Ware Center Cemetery.
