Researching the family of Thomas and Mercy Good, who immigrated to Westfield, Hampden Co, Mass in 1873 and have noticed that they lost 4 of thier 11 children in 1883. Wondering if there was an outbreak of some sort during this time? (small pox, influenza, ect?)

And then they again lost several children in the year 1893.
