Samuel French, Sr., born Sept. 1, 1731, in Rehoboth, Bristol, MA married Martha [-] about 1752. She was born about 1735, died May 3, 1804. Their marriage is not listed in the Rehoboth Vital Records, her burial site is unknown, and no other information about her is available. I am preparing a genealogy of the French line descending from Thomas of Ipswich, which includes John French of Rehoboth, and Samuel French, Sr., his grandson. I would like to share information with other Bristol County French researchers of Frenches in Attleboro, Seekonk, Pawtucket, Rehoboth, which generally descend from Johh French and Hannah Palmer.
