In doing a fast search, I believe that Peter & Libbie (Libby, Elizabeth Roe, Rowe) moved to Rhode Island. They are listed in Newport in the 1920 census and Peter is in Rhode Island in 1930. If they are the same, Libbie died between 1920 and 1930. Peter was born in Hydesburg, VT and Libbie was born in Colchester, VT. I found George W. married Eleanor A. Watters, June 7, 1905 in Fall River. Margaret M. married Arthur P. Lawton 12/17/1905 in Fall River. I got the variations of Libbie's name from the birth records of a few of their children.
