I need help in finding the birth place of my great grandfather, Marshall King. He was born about 1830 in Canada East. I don't believe he spoke French as his wife, Lucy Ayers, born 11 Feb 1839 Westford, Vermont, did not. They were married in Washington, Mass, in Berkshire County in Jan of 1854. Their first child, Peter, was born in Becket 13 April 1854. They had 10 children, 7 survived childhood. Marshall died in Hancock, Mass. in 1875 where he is burried. Lucy died in 1944 at the age of 105. She is burried in Easthampton, Mass. Hampshire County next to her son, Peter and his family.
