Looking for info on Frank C. Horseman, b. 8 Jun 1902, d. Feb 1982 Salisbury, Wicomico MD. Was from Somerset co. MD. Son of Samuel T. Horseman and wife Virginia "Jennie" E Thomas. I can find Frank in the census through 1940. Trying to identify a person in a photo who might be him, and it would help to know whether he in the military prior to 1920. I cannot find any obit info for him either. Any info appreciated.
