I'm pretty sure you have the wrong parents for this Miss Tilden. Charles B. Tilden was born 1807 and married Elizabeth Stewart in 1830. He was related to the Charles in the Ringgold Cemetery, but is not the same man.
I'm not totally sure of this Charles B. Tilden's parentage but for other reasons I believe he is descended from Charles Tilden who also died at Quaker Neck, in early 1787. This Charles was survived by wife Jane, several daughters, and four sons: Marmaduke, Charles, John and Edward. Charles B may be the son of this Charles. I have not tried to see who inherited the land at Quaker Neck or who would have been living there at the time of Miss Tilden's death.
I think part of the confusion among the Charles Tildens alive at this time (second only to the plethora of Marmadukes) is that more than one is thought to have been a builder. I have seen the son Charles of Charles d. 1787 described in contemporary records p as a "joyner" and wonder if the credit for the I.U. Church has been misapplied.
