Frances miscopied her year of death. The book says 1894. Information from the Nickerson Family Association says she had a daughter Mary Catherine born on 3/20/1894 and Ida died April 30 of that year, likely from childbirth complications, but who knows. Interestingly, it appears Mary Catherine was adopted by David's brother Marcellus, who lived in Philadelphia. The 1910 census listing shows a Mary C. born in MD living with Marcellus as "adopted."
