Sebastian Brown Cissel was my paternal grandfather. My parents Sebastian Brown Cissel Jr. and Helen B. Noll and I lived with them here at the "homeplace" when I was growing up. Not sure where the William Issac portion of my grandfathers name came from but from the time I was a small child until his death, he was always Sebastian Brown Cissel.My grandmother (Georgia E.
