Albert Gallatin Mayberry was employed at Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Company as of 2 April 1841.

He was employed as a Messenger at $200.00 per year.

Can someone tell me how I can find out if there is a record of his employment with that company. I am hoping I can find out more information about his family, if he was married etc. Names and other genealogical information.

I emagine by this time the company has changed names several times and could be now named a Railroad Company or some other business name. I would appreciate any help. As far as I know I believe he was the son of Justinian Mayberry and Mary Ann Houser of Frederick, MD. There were several other siblings. Thanks, for any help. Frank Mayberry
