I have two Harter brothers selling lots in the town of Liberty in 1790. Where was the town of Liberty? Present day Libertyville?

Also, 1760-1790 family records are found in the St. Peter's Lutheran Church, the Monacay Lutheran Congregation, and the Evangelical Lutheran Church. I assume that the Evangelical Lutheran Church is the denomination. Are St. Peter's and Monacay different congregations or different names for the same congregation? Where would it/they have been located?
