Marriage notice in the West Chester, Chester Co., PA paper, The Village Record for June 23, 1863 states that a Miss Eliza Ann SAMSEL of Cecil Co., MD and Mr. John REYNOLDS of Lancaster Co., PA were married on June 18th in New London, PA, (Chester Co.) by the Rev.
