I need a COPY of the official record of the marriage license application for the above couple for my application for the Sons of the American Revolution. The Carroll County Marriage Index for 1837-1899 claims the application was granted on 9 Apr 1873 in Carroll County. I would appreciate knowing how to get this without actually being in Westminster to get it as I live in Illinois.
