There were a few Frock families that lived next to each other on Houck Rd in Carroll County. Some names are Charlie, Randy, "Snake", Ricky, Deborah, Jimmy, Denny, Tommy and Susan. There was also a Frock establishment in Westminster in Carr Co. and I do not believe they were related to the ones on Houck. Dana in MD
