I need a lookup for the marriage of Joseph W. Smith born 19 Apr 1824, Ohio to Sarah Burns born 29 apr 1827, Ohio
married on 10 March 1847, Howard, Maryland.

I'm hoping the certificate will give parents names and where they were living.
I do find them in Ohio in 1850 census.
