Adoniram / Adnirom JOHNSON / JOHNSTON married Belle / Bella MCLEAN / MCLANE on 9 September 1893 in Charlotte County, New Brunswick. They seem to have been living in Washington County, Maine, before and after their marriage; I don't know where they were born.

I think Adoniram's parents were Almeda GILLMOR / GILMORE (from St. George, Charlotte County, NB) and Malcolm JOHNSON. Almeda seems to have died young (in 1879).

Almeda's sister, Almira/Almina GILLMOR / GILMORE, also married a JOHNSON / JOHNSTON. Does anyone know his name? They seem to have had two daughters: Ida and Mary E.

Almira/Almina later married Daniel HIGGINS. I've been told they lived in Washington County, Maine.

I'm interested in the GILLMOR / GILMORE connection.
