Hi Duane -
I have Charles B. Smith who married Christina Bray, daughter of Simeon Bray of Hancock Co, ME. They lived in Houlton, Aroostook Co. Not sure if her parents moved there, though. Will be happy to share any info that I have!

Thank you, Gerry, for your response and kind offer to check out the Houlton book for me. Living in Michigan and being senior citizens, it is highly unlikely that we will ever get up to Aroostook Co, although we would love to do so! If you need any further information, please let me know. I am especially in need of Isaac B. and Lydia (Putnam) Smith's date of death and info on their children.
I would be more than happy to reimburse you for copying, postage and gas costs - whatever.
Thank you again,
{I tried contacting you privately, but my message bounced - said you weren't on that server?!I can be reached at

The Houlton Library has the complete or ? Family Tree on the Houlton Family. There is 2-3 copies of it there in the Library and is a big thick book. The next time I get to Houlton, I will go in and check to see what I can find out for you if you would like. Gerry
