Circa 1915, was there ever a place (village, town, city, parish, ??) with the name of HOPE? I have a couple of relatives whose place of birth is this Hope, LA. I searched for parishes and town names through LA gov page without success.

I found Good Hope, Hopedale, and Hope Villa.

PS: Father lived in Ringgold, Bienville, LA in 1913 and on his WWI card listed Bienville Parish, LA 1917-1918. Maybe this helps you?
