I am searching for the place of residence of Newton Melvin Chamlee in 1870. He was married to Jane A. Huckabee Bearden and by 1870 they had two children of their own. A daughter named Martha Victoria Chamlee and a son named Jacob Louis Chamlee called Jake. There were probably several of the Bearden children in the household as well. I also believe that Newton Melvin Chamlee died in Louisana before 1880 as his wife and children were in Nevada Co. Ark in the 1880 census and his wife is listed as a widow.
