I would like information on any Meeks families in Union Parish, especially the families of these Meeks brothers:

+++ Joseph Anderson Meeks & his wife Harriett Ann E. Auld & family - they married in 1850, moved to Claiborne Par LA about 1858 with his father, then back to Union Parish by the latter 1860s and remained until their deaths. I'm particularly interested in their son Nacy L. Meeks

+++ Mark Meeks, Jr. & wife Caroline Adams - married in Union Co AR in 1852 & lived there; Mark died in 1864 in a Yankee prison & Caroline moved to Union Parish in the 1870s. Their children known to me: John Sidney Meeks (married Martha J. Ward, Nora ?, & E. Elizabeth Rugg), Anastatia Meeks (married Asbury Cason Auld), Elizabeth Jane Meeks (married John Martin Ward), Charles Lucas Meeks (married Darcus ? & Sarah Colson), Alice W. Meeks, & Marcus White Meeks (married Harty Ann Rogers)
