Hi Ann my name is Cheryl Buchovecky maiden name (Voodre). I too have been "playing with the ancestors" on the Voodre side. I am a descendant of Francis H. & Catherine Voodre and am trying to figure out if Lewis Voodre (married Eleanor VanDuzen), as well as an Amos Voodre (may have married Martha Seaton) are possibly brothers. They all seem to have been born in early 1800s, prior to 1820). I also ran across Amos Voodre from the War of 1812. Could he have been a father to one or all 3 of above Voodre males? Are you and I somehow related?
