Do you have any other knowledge of the son of JACQUES ELOI LECOURT, named HELAIRS, pronounced ELI?

I have ELY, ELI ancestry in Natchitoches and they have always been a source of mystery. It seems to have been a "dit" name that evolved through the years. It has been very hard to trace this family. One researcher has shown it to have possibly been a dit name of the BERNARD family.
