In the Livingston courthouse records room I found a 2nd marriage for W.T. Shelton age 77 of Denham Springs.
Son of Tom (deceased) and Nancy (deceased) Shelton. Married previously (wife deceased). Not related to new spouse.
Married Jane Beatrice Pate Jones 23 June 1932 in LIV.
Jane age 49 of Denham Springs previously married (Jones-decd) is not related to Shelton was the daughter of John and Jane Waukern(illegible) (both decd).

Aint that something. 77 years old! I dont believe I have found him yet in the 1930.

I also found marriages for several other Sheltons if anyone is interested, let me know and I'll email them to you.

Reuben Shelton and Ida McMorris Deslatte
George Shelton and Nora Ballard.
Dennis Shelton and Pearl Cook.
Haston Shelton and Ethel Varnado.
Isola Shelton and Forrest D. Robertson.
Dewey(I think) Shelton and Ezekial Stewart.

Still trying to decide if William "Bill" Sheldon born about 1851 in Livingston was a Shelton to begin with. In the searching for Sheldon I have collected much Shelton info because census info records the surname both ways for the same family.
My Sheldon was the son of Bill and Manda Sheldon who had two other children: Wm Albert and Nancy.

Please help if you can or if you have an opinion on this.
