My grandfather was Saul Hernandez born in Lafayette Parish in 1891. His father was Charles Hernandez married to Allida Poimboeuf. Charles died around 1935. Charles is known to have a second family with a black/mulatto woman whom he never married. This family lived in Lafayette. I would like to contact any of these descendents. I am in the process of writing a family history of the Hernandez family. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
