Didn't find Madeline in Willie Farley's Claiborne Parish, Louisiana Marriage Records 1849-1910.

IN Cemetery Inscriptions of Claiborne Parish, Louisiana Volume III, Old Homer Cemetery, there is a listing for:

Allen, M.D. (Mrs.) (Mother) 8 Sept 1849 d: 15 Sept 1903

but there didn't seem to be a Price, Allen or Hamilton that fit the information you gave.
