Trahan Oleta Mae
Trahan, 77, of Lake Charles, died at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2006, in
Summit Retirement Center in
Alexandria.
Mrs. Trahan was born in
Caldwell,
Texas, and had lived in Lake Charles for many years. She was a member of Twelfth Street
Baptist Church of Lake Charles.
Survivors include three sons, Tarnley W. Trahan Jr. of Lake Charles, Robert L. Trahan and wife
Theda of
Sulphur, and Ronald Lynn
Trahan and wife Sharon of Alexandria; one brother, J.C. Hallford of
Wiley, Colo.; three grandchildren, Elizabeth, Joseph and Andrew Trahan; and one great-granddaughter, Angelie
Morel of
Alexandria.
Mrs. Trahan was preceded in death by one son, Ray Allen
Trahan, and by her husband, Tarnley
Trahan Sr.
Her funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, in
Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Don
Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in
Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation is 11 a.m.-10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. Saturday.
