whose father was b: Ala. He married c 1876-1882 LA. his 2nd wife Louisa May JUSTICE, daughter of Stephen Jackson Justice & Elizabeth Scytha Scobey, she the grand daughter of William & Mary Justice of Rapides Parish, La. and Robert & Mary Fulshear Scobey of Brazoria Co., Tx.

William R. & Louisa Lambert were in Bienville Parish by at least 1882 and owned land T14N R7W S17 and moved to Ouachita Parish by 1900.
